Looking at some photographs of both libraries we can see that there are similarities between them, such as their division into very specific sections like the children's area, the adults' area, the multimedia room, and the outdoor space with tables for people to study or read. With the dozens of computers available in both libraries, it is possible to do group or individual research work. Neither the Raul Brandão Public Library nor the Public Library of Veria has forgotten the younger ones, so both libraries develop several activities for children in different age groups. Looking now at the differences, we can observe that the library in Veria has a room completely reserved for music, besides having a kitchen, which is very interesting.
